A large part of every complex job happens before any steel moves. We take the engineered drawings, study the existing building, and work out what will hold and what won't.
Then we write the sequence to get from point A to point B — opening up bearing points and carrying the load without ever putting the structure at risk. Where problems are coming, we put a plan to overcome them on paper before they become a delay.
